Our cancellation policy is in place to respect our time as well as the clients on our waiting list. Everyone’s time is valuable, including ours.
We understand that life happens and things get in the way of scheduled appointments from time to time. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact us right away. We will do our part to remind you of your appointment with a reminder text and/or phone call prior to your appointment.
Any appointment cancellation notice given less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 75% charge of the original appointment cost.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount and will require prepayment to rebook.
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to notify our standby clients of any availability, also keeping our schedule full, a necessity for businesses that operate by appointment!
Should we need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events we will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
